All RattleSnake repairs and warranties require a paid Repair Charge Order. When sending in a tool for repair please include this emailed receipt with your tool (a printed copy or a written note referencing the order number).

Standard 3/8" OD Head  - Very loud, very strong vibration. Fits 1/2" OD soft copper, recommended for 3/4" CTS soft copper and above.

Micro 1/4" OD Head - Quieter and softer vibration. Best where there may be unexposed kinks that may trap the larger head. Recommended for 1/2" OD to 3/4" CTS soft copper.

Repairing a RattleSnake often requires cutting the cable, making the length of the cable shorter than a new unit. Repairs DO NOT include a completely new cable or lengthening of the cable - your existing cable will be cut back to usable cable. If you require a new cable because a cable is too short then a new tool must be purchased.

After receiving your items and making repairs we will ship your tool back to the address provided. There is no guaranteed repair time, although most repairs occur within 30 days. If you need a RattleSnake sooner then you may have to purchase a new tool in the meantime.
