We know you can't do slab leaks without your RattleSnake.  We can completely rebuild yours no-matter what weird situation you put in it.

Option 1, fastest: Buy a new RattleSnake and we'll repair your old tool for free. You'll get a new tracer that's ready to go asap, just send the old tracer back in the same box. You only pay for the shipping to us and we cover the rest. Call 1-800-877-1792 x4 to let us know your new order number.

Option 2: Send your broken RattleSnake to us, we'll repair it and then call you for a card payment for the labor and materials. 

Warranty: Sorry you had to deal with this. We will cover any manufacturer defects within the first year. This doesn't cover misuse, abuse or neglect such as, but not limited to; broken/cut cables, components, electronics, or rattle heads showing damage. It's still best to call us at 1-800-877-1792 x4 because we can help.

Your box must include: all parts of the failed tool, your return shipping address, payee's name and phone number to contact after repairs are made, any explanations such as warranty claims or what happened, and any other information we may need.
